Bank Papua Posts Rp311.07 Billion Profit in 2012

KOTA JAYAPURA - PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua posted profit after tax of Rp311.07 billion in 2012, grew 16% from Rp267.89 billion in 2011.

Net interest income increased 13% to Rp1.04 trillion from previous Rp919.8 billion. Net interest margin was 5.71%. The bank booked interest income of Rp1.27 trillion. Profit from operation reached Rp413.85 billion.

Its assets totaled Rp14.77 trillion of which credit amounted Rp8.19 trillion. It booked third party funds of Rp11.42 trillion. Non performing loan (net) was 2.8%. Loan to deposit ratio (LDR) stood at 71.65%. [TheIndonesiaToday]
